Wilmslow Lacrosse Club is a section of the Phoenix Sports Club and as a section of the club we in turn pay to be a part of that club. Both Lacrosse and the Phoenix have running costs that we as players must help to fund via our membership.

The various teams also pay leagues fees and insurance to our governing body. Lacrosse balls that got lost in bushes week in, week out and they don't grow on trees. Pitch hire, coaching, flood lighting, playing equipment hire, referees along with goals and nets. Although we as a club do try to apply for grants when and where possible as well as fundraising and sponsorship to keep running costs down but the fact is still there that ALL playing members but pay membership.
