Wilmslow Lacrosse Club is proud to announce a 3 year partnership with ECD Lacrosse, as one of the sports leading brands they have supported the growth of the sport not also in the US but across many parts of the lacrosse playing World. Having grown the brand from humble beginnings, East Coast Dyes is now one of the most recognizable brands in the game and produces some of very best lacrosse sticks on the market today.
As a club we are incredibly grateful for their assistance in helping us promote the event, not only will they be providing ECD products to fundraise before, during and after the Nick Kehoe Tournament but also they are committed to supporting Wilmslow in their plans to extend their youth lacrosse program to more schools in and around Wilmslow and the surrounding areas with expert coaching over the coming years.
Club chairman Frazer Hunter said "Partnering with one of the most top brands within the lacrosse industry is a testament to the momentous efforts put in by club members to grow the NKI and the lacrosse club here in Wilmslow. Support by ECD will boost the profile of our sport not only here in Cheshire but also the wider lacrosse community"
Although best known for mesh, lacrosse heads and handles, ECD protective equipment is hitting fields and players love it. Their latest offering is the Echo Elbow pads for those who want to enjoy maximum maneuverability when playing lacrosse.
ECD Lacrosse was formed in 2011 when twin brothers, Mike and Greg Kenneally, saw an opportunity in the lacrosse mesh market. Unhappy with the current mesh market the brothers spent month of research manufacturing their wax mesh recipe. ECD has grown from a two man company operating in the basement of Greg's house, to a 30+ employee company in a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse. ECD's elite products include four lines of mesh, three lines of shafts, complete lacrosse sticks, some of the industries best selling heads, arm protection and the Mint lacrosse ball.
